KGA Members Enjoy Day at Persimmon Ridge

The second of three KGA Member Play Days was held at Louisville's Persimmon Ridge Golf Club today and the weather wasn't a factor, finally. A slight breeze cooled the course and the players as almost 50 KGA Members enjoyed one of Kentucky's top caliber golf venues.

The flights were divided into the Men's Divison, Senior Division, Super Senior Division and Women's Division. A stableford scoring system was used to determine winners in each flight using the player's net score and the points award for that hole by hole score.

Persimmon Ridge Golf Club is the host of the 2010 KGA Mid-Amateur Championship in late August and will once again host the Kentucky Open in 2011.
