The Kentucky Senior Golf Association Board of Directors wants to be as responsive as possible to its members, and with that in mind, the Board of Directors is pleased to offer a membership survey as a means to provide feedback. The tournament schedule, organizational structure and the provided amenities are of particular interest. The Board requests you take this opportunity to provide it with your responses and to offer any suggestions you may have.

Please be sure to include your name when taking the survey to assure we are receiving surveys from our members only. There are no questions included in this survey that would require a need for confidentiality but if you have a concern or suggestion that you feel is not appropriate for public discussion, please contact a member of the KSGA Board of Directors with that information. Any survey that does not have a name included will not be used in the tabulation of the results.

Keep in mind the following guidelines and mandates that are required of your Board of Directors and their governance of the association: (1) income from each tournament (entry fees and sponsor contributions) must be sufficient to pay all tournament expenses and prizes and (2) the prize structure consists predominately of gift certificates issued by the host venue. This item is a powerful incentive when soliciting a golf facility to host a KSGA tournament.
