ENTRY FEE: $70.00 per player (includes golf car, green fee, and prizes)
A $35.00 Service Charge will be applied for all Returned Checks.

ENTRY DEADLINE: Thursday, July 8, 2010, 5:00 p.m. EDT

ELIGIBILITY: All players must be 2010 KSGA Members and have a current KGA-PGA, Inc. Handicap Index. Entries are subject to approval or rejection with or without reason, at any time, at the discretion of the KSGA. Applications late or incomplete are not acceptable. Entries by telephone, telegraph, or fax are not acceptable. Time limit for entry means time of receipt at Golf House Kentucky (not time of postmark). Entry should be mailed early to allow time for any delay. The KSGA shall not be responsible for misdirected mail. A confirmation of receipt of each entry shall be returned by either postcard or e-mail.

FORMAT: 18-Holes - Stroke Play. Players flighted by current KGA-PGA, Inc. Handicap Index as of July 1, 2010

FIELD LIMIT: First 216 paid entries

RAINOUT POLICY: If the competition is cancelled due to weather conditions, course conditions (unplayable because of weather), or other natural occurrences, the KSGA Tournament Committee will make a decision concerning refunds of entries based on expenses, availability, and scheduling opportunities. Participants will be notified of this decision within 10 business days of the tournament.

PACE OF PLAY POLICY: The Rules of Golf require that a player shall at all times play without undue delay. The administration of pace of play will be handled by the Rules Committee of the KGA-PGA, Inc. Any appeal of a penalty must be referred to the Designated Tournament Director of this event immediately upon completion of the round and HIS/HER DECISION IS FINAL.
